Refund policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

12-Month Warranty

All products come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

If your item is faulty due to a manufacturing issue, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you may return your item provided that:

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • It is returned in original packaging

  • The return request is made within a reasonable timeframe after delivery

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged:

  • Please contact us with photos and a description of the issue

  • If confirmed as faulty, we will cover return shipping and organise a replacement or refund

Return Address

All returns must be sent to Queensland, Australia before a refund can be issued.
Return instructions will be provided once your return request is approved.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed faulty

Exclusions

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear

  • Items returned without prior approval
