12-Month Warranty
All products come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
If your item is faulty due to a manufacturing issue, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, you may return your item provided that:

The item is unused and in original condition

It is returned in original packaging

The return request is made within a reasonable timeframe after delivery
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged:

Please contact us with photos and a description of the issue

If confirmed as faulty, we will cover return shipping and organise a replacement or refund
Return Address
All returns must be sent to Queensland, Australia before a refund can be issued.
Return instructions will be provided once your return request is approved.
Refunds

Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed faulty
Exclusions
We do not accept returns for:
